Application Timeline for the 2027-2028 cohort
November 1, 2026: Application opens.
February 8, 2027: Application due.
Mid – February — early March 2027: Interviews (by invitation) conducted on Zoom.
Mid – late March 2027: Positions offered and contracts signed for the following academic year. Contract runs from August 15 to June 30.
The following are due February 8, 2027:
- Application
- Two (2) letters of recommendation emailed to Uyen Le (hle2@nd.edu); you will be prompted in the application to provide your recommenders’ contact information, and Uyen will contact them directly for the letters.
- One (1) from a professor
- One (1) from a person who can speak to your capacity for service and leadership, such as a dorm director or campus minister
- Unofficial college transcript requested from your undergraduate university sent to Uyen Le (hle2@nd.edu).
- One-page resume (submitted in application)
- Headshot (submitted in application)
