Kevin Cardenas

Kevin Cardenas is originally from Chicago and is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he studied Biological Sciences and Compassionate Care in Medicine. During his time at Notre Dame, he sang in the Folk Choir and served as its president. After graduation, Kevin worked in an emergency department while preparing to pursue a career as a physician. He is excited to continue growing in faith, music, service, and community through House of Brigid.

Hannah DePuydt

Hannah DePuydt is a graduate from Providence College, originally from the Boston area. She majored in computer science, with minors in writing and Catholic humanities. At Providence, she sang in the liturgical choir, was a leader in Campus Ministry, and directed the St. Cecilia contemporary worship ensemble. She worked at the Pontifical Irish College in Rome during last year’s jubilee festivities, and she is excited to continue serving the Catholic Church in Ireland.

Jaidin Esser

Jaidin Esser is originally from Waunakee, Wisconsin. She graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2026, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences, with a minor in Theology. During her four years at Notre Dame, Jaidin served as a chorister with the Notre Dame Magnificat Choir, cantor at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart, and pianist for her residence hall liturgies. She loves all things liturgy, traveling, spending time with friends, and reading.

Mary Elizabeth Kees

Mary Elizabeth Kees, originally from Jackson, Mississippi, is a 2026 graduate of the University of Notre Dame. There, she double majored in History and Classics and minored in Italian Studies. She loves experiencing new cultures and learning new languages, so she looks forward to immersing herself in Irish culture through service to the church and can’t wait to start studying Irish. She has also participated in choirs since high school, singing in a concert choir in both high school and college and singing in her parish choirs for holiday masses. She grew up in a musical home and took piano lessons from a young age as well as trying the guitar and the cello for a few years each. She looks forward to spending this year serving the parish community at the Notre Dame Newman Centre, growing in her faith, and listening for where God is calling her to next.
